How to up and down the clock in J K flops plz explain the example?

In J-K filp-flops the clock moves normaly as in other cases no difference.The clock pulse will change its state after the specified intervals(usually defined in 'nano seconds'(ns) ) to either UP i.e '1' or DOWN i.e '0'.
