Differentiate between frames and packets in tabular form? (Minimum five points)

Frames
Packets
Frames are operated at the lower level, means at layer 2 of the OSI model, the data link layer.
Whereas the packets are operated over 3rd layer of the OSI, the network layer.
Data transmission with the help of frames can involve different types of packets
In packets there is no involvement of the frame.
Frames are smaller in size and range.
Packets are greater in size and range.
Instead of data link layers frames are also associated with the other physical layers.
The packets are only based upon the networking layers and protocols such as the IP.
Frames are not compatible with having such information’s of sender and the receiver. Whereas they are able to judge the beginning and the ending of the document.
Packets can have all the information about the data, sender and the receiver in it.
