Arctic Tern Rookery/Nesting grounds. This spot is preferred by nesting Terns for the brackish water, caused by the fresh water falls pounding into the salty ocean water. The brackish water is breeding ground for food sources needed by nesting and breeding terns, such as insect larvae and larval shrimp.
