Blood Omen pt2 (of10) Legacy of Kain

The story of the first game of the epic Legacy of Kain series (Updated) The flow of time - The land of Nosgoth continually runs through a cycle of month and days. Every 15 minutes of gameplay represents an entire day in Nosgoth with 7.5 minutes of day and 7.5 minutes of night. The nights also cycle through the lunar calendar from full moon to the dark of the moon and back. As a fledgling vampire Kain is weaker during the day, inflicting less damage with his weapons and taking more damage from enemies however at night his strength increases. The lunar cycle usually has little effect on Kain but during the full moon however Kain's wolf form is vastly stronger, capable of killing nearly all enemies in one hit. Also certain gates will only open during the full moon, leading to secret areas of great benefit to Kain. There are also weather patterns to Nosgoth. If caught outside during rain or snow Kain's health will be damaged. Kain is able to gain an immunity to this adverse weather by drinking blood from magical blood fountains hidden in Nosgoth. Other blood fountains will increase Kain's strength or magical recovery time but nothing can protect him from the occasional meteor storm. I've cut out all the menus for changing forms but added the finding of the forms and spells with the accompanying descriptions. Added the towns and more interesting buildings to the footage, such as the Big Horn Brothel here. Classy looking place but I don't think the people chained to the walls ...

Here is some raw footage of ATN CHANNEL 7 SYDNEY taken in the very early days of TV in Australia approx 1956-60, even before my time in the industry. It gives a very early in site into the working of a fledgling Aussie TV industry and the pioneers who brought the medium to an excited Sydney audience. This is a timely upload in the light of the recent demolition of the ATN Epping Studios this year. If anyone knows any of the names of the staff or any incite into these early days, please feel free to comment. This is PART 1 of 4.
