Hi, This is a 1986 Grand national with mods. This car has a 58mm Turbo, Alcohol Injection, Bigger Intercooler, Injectors, Fuel Pump, Headers 7 Exhaust 7 a built transmission. The car dynoed 383 RWHP. We had the Grand National now a couple months and blew the transmission last week. The blown transmission couldn't handle our efforts. We had the trans professionally built with hi-performance parts including a nice 9" 3000rpm stall speed converter. This new tranny should be able to handle the beatings!!! We drove the car over to a private road/parking lot and completed several launches/smokey burnouts. The new tranny seems proper and up to the tasks of a GN!! :)

In this video I do what I like to call a "concept test". That a test I do to see what happens with an idea before I put a lot of effort into trying some changes. The change I wanted to try here is elevating the canteen cup up from the GrillTop stove stand. In the last lab I saw that the flames came up the side of the canteen cup rather than being in the area between the stand and cup. That seemed wrong and I thought elevating the canteen might help the burn and lower the boil time.
