Owl Rescue

This is a rescue I did, with the help of a park naturalist. There's a good chance the owl won't survive, but at least we tried. I know I made it a lot of mistakes, and wasn't doing things the proper way. I'm disabled so I had to do some improvisation, with rescue techniques. The talons and beak, can be dangerous. Animals can carry diseases to (bacteria, viruses, and parasites), so this should only be done by people with training and experience and people that are willing to take the risk; knowing what the risks are. It's also very easy to injure an animal. In most places it's not legal for the general public to handle or possess wildlife. This owl will be give to a local rescue agency that specialize to raptors (vultures, owls, eagle and Hawks) Raptor Incorporated www.raptorinc.org
