on UNC campus @ Chapel Hill, NC. We found a bird that let us touch/pet it - freaky!

After tasting so many bitter defeats on the Mountain,1986 was to be a memorable year for Alan Grice. Driving the Chickadee VK Commodore with co-driver Graeme Bailey, Grice tasted his first Bathurst victory in fifteen attempts. Crossing the finish line a minute and a half behind in second place was John Harvey and Neal Lowe in the HDT Mobil Commodore for yet another Holden 1-2.
