RE59YOJ - Poor Driving - Maintracts

So this driver was in a bit of a rush, but didn't mind hanging around for 5mins for a chat where he shows his true colours. He overtook another vehicle through a pelican crossing/over zigzag lines - not allowed Nearly drove into the back of me Tells me to get out of the way and asks what I'm doing. Asks me to pull over.. and from then on it's all audible.
