More information can be found here: www.cdbaby.com Lyrics: Seven Sisters of The Seventh Reign Caress my scars, heal my pain One beat of your wings dries my tears Your bitter sweet kiss quells my fears Smooth silken feathers bear our flight To worlds where exist wrong nor right Cloaks of secrecy hide the trail Sisters locked the gates to The Holy Grail "Expel the guilt of mine own crucifixion Set me free of mine asphyxiation No more to bear the stench of this evil madness Or save the world from greed and mortal badness Drive me away from this shame Take me back to whence I came!" My heart beats its last in my chest Heavy that I did not do my best For the suffering child unto Him Carries the burden of my sin Exorcise my guilt for Thine Crucifixion Set me free of self mortification Feel no more the weakness of my flesh on cilice Suffer this harsh world with all its torrid malice Hide me away from blame Deliver me to whence He came Take to wing this soul of mine Away from Dark to Light Divine Steal me away from my own shame Forsake me not from whence He came On my death knell...
