There seems to be trouble brewing for Tullow Oil's Uganda operations with Duncan Clark

(www.abndigital.com) There seems to be trouble brewing for Tullow Oil's Uganda operations. This as Uganda's Minister of Energy, Hilary Onek withdrew Tullow's exploration license for Block 3A, which contains some of the country's largest oil finds. The minister was quoted in the Kampala based newspaper, the Daily Monitor. Now, just this week, Minister Onek said the government would consider Tullow favourably if it applies for a production license for the Kingfisher oil field, which is part of exploration block 3A. So to shed some light on this very controversial oil deal in Uganda, we are joined by Duncan Clark, CEO of Global and Pacific and author of the Crude Continent.
