Tribunal recommends Nancy Baraza's sacking

The tribunal investigating the suspended judge's conduct has recommended her removal from office and her fate now lies with President Kibaki. Baraza was found guilty of gross misconduct and misbehavior over the village market gun drama involving a security guard and as Sheila Sendeyo reports, Nancy Kerubo, the lady who started it all is now preparing to institute assault charges.
