It's an almost daily sight in the skies above our area . . . red-tailed hawks being chased off by crows. The crows will harass any hawk they feel is too close, chasing them high in the sky until the hawks no longer pose a threat. Turn about is fair play, though, because the crows are often chased by scrub jays and mockingbirds.
