We look ahead to the next, final, event on the 2011-12 AC World Series circuit in Newport, Rhode Island June 26 - July 1, where the first AC World Series Champions will be crowned. The America's Cup uses pioneering technology to create an umpiring system like no other in the sport of sailing. We take a seat with the Umpires behind a bank of computer screens inside a customised shipping container in Venice to see how AC sailors are governed by flashing lights (commonly dubbed as "Christmas trees") onboard the AC45.
